This charming coastal city is a gateway to some of the most stunning destinations in the country—from the peaceful halls of Silliman University’s historic campus to the lively Rizal Boulevard that is lined with cafes and seaside views, Dumaguete is a perfect blend of culture and relaxation. A short trip from the city leads to mesmerizing spots like Apo Island and the enchanting waterfalls and lakes of Negros Oriental. I understand now why so many people want to move or retire here!
All of our trips are special to me because we get to learn, explore, and experience new places together—as a couple, but this particular trip had been the best one yet in terms of overall experience—filled with unforgettable adventures, breathtaking sights, and moments that we will both cherish forever.
