Puerto Galera, Philippines

This is a long overdue post, but here it is anyways. Our Puerto Galera trip was just a weekend trip with friends, but we enjoyed so much. I don’t have a lot of photos from that trip because it was honestly a chill vacation and I just wanted to enjoy the place. Our stay there wasn’t the most sunny of days, but to me, the gloomy weather was perfect for strolling along the beach, reading, and getting a good dip in the ocean. It was honestly the well-deserved break from the city that I needed.

  1. It sounds like you had a wonderful time in Puerto Galera! Sometimes, the best trips are those where we allow ourselves to truly soak in the experience, rather than trying to capture every moment through a lens. Even without many photos, the memories you made with your friends in such a beautiful place will stay with you. If you could pick one standout moment from the trip, what would it be?

  2. Wow, nakakamiss sa Galera. For so many time I hanged out, never tried the banana boat once haha! Don’t know how to swim, did you guys try snorkeling? It’s really nice, there are areas with abundant marine life. And oh, this island is my hometown 🙂

    • Yes, we did try snorkeling! I also tried eating fresh sea urchin and it was surprisingly good! I’ve tried eating one back in Bohol, but they cooked it, so this is my first time trying it fresh from the “shell.” Your hometown is so beautiful and the best way to relax. Enjoy lalo sa night life! Hehe
