I saw a friend post a photo of her journal which include writing prompts, since I’m more into writing on the blog recently and have given up on bullet journaling, I thought of just posting my entries on the blog. Just so I still have personal posts in here aside from the usual book reviews! The prompts are for each day of the year, so I have quite some catching up to do. So for January 1, the prompt is: What are your goals for 2023?
As you all may have already read, I’ve already posted my reading goals for this year. As for my personal goals, it’s quite simple. I want to be physically, emotionally, and mentally be healthy this year. I want to overcome some of my internal issues like overthinking and being anxious about a lot of things. I also want to be more consistent in my jogging routine, hopefully I can do this at least 30 minutes per day.
I also want to enjoy every moment in my life, and to start living my life to the fullest. I know I have started doing this last year, but I still have anxiety attacks every once in a while. So I plan to avoid it as much as possible and to let go of the hurt, pain, and bitterness in my heart.
I guess to sum it all up, all I want is peace of mind.
